Caring for St Antony's: Building Project Updates (July 2026)

At the end of July, we shared our first Building Project Update leaflet with the parish community, giving an overview of the six building projects currently taking place at St Antony's and where each project currently stands.

Caring for a Grade II listed church is an ongoing responsibility. Through carefully planned conservation, repair, maintenance and improvements, these projects help ensure that our historic church continues to serve both our parish community today and future generations to come.

Some of the work, such as the redecoration of the side nave walls, is already visible. Much of the work, however, happens quietly behind the scenes. Whether large or small, every project contributes to the long-term care of this beautiful church that we all share.

We are very grateful for the continued support, encouragement and prayers of our parish community. They are an important part of these projects, and we thank everyone who continues to support the care of our church in so many different ways.

We hope this update gives you a clearer picture of the work taking place around the church and why these projects matter. We plan to share Building Project Updates regularly as the projects progress, so that everyone can continue to follow their journey.
